Prices and taxes
All prices are in Icelandic krónur and are published with the exception of typographical errors and image confusion. The Icelandic Woolmarket & Mill reserves the right to cancel the transaction if the wrong price or wrong image accompanies the product on the website. All products are in the appropriate VAT bracket.
In-store sales representative
The Icelandic Woolmarket & Mill invites artisans to sell Icelandic crafts related to wool and wool products, in its shop at Borgarás. The markup is 20% on top of the price from the retailer. Sellers must collect the product price themselves by writing an invoice for the value of the product to Ullarverið 5901230210; the invoice is not paid until the product has been sold.
Retailers are solely responsible for paying VAT, but if the products do not carry VAT on the retailer's invoice, an additional 24% will be added to the price of the product when it leaves the store.
Payment method
In Icelandic Woolmarket & Mill online store, you can pay for products with regular cards and bank payment slips.
Card transactions are carried out through the Mypos payment gateway. An entry in an account appears as ULLARVER.

Shipping and warranty
The Icelandic Woolmarket & Mill generally bears no responsibility for damage that may occur to goods during transport. If a product is damaged between the time it is shipped from the Woolen Mill and the time it reaches the recipient, the damage is the responsibility of the carrier.
Delivery times may vary as products are not always in stock. We strive for delivery times to be no longer than a week.
Confidentiality
The Icelandic Woolmarket & Mill promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction.
Information from the buyer will not be provided to third parties, except where required by law.

Refunds and returns
The return period for products is 14 days according to law.
Products are only refunded if there has been a visible error during delivery or if the product is visibly defective.
